Every Delos & Pallas timepiece is backed by our comprehensive international warranty, reflecting our confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of our watches.

5-Year International Warranty

All Delos & Pallas watches come with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered

  • Movement defects and malfunctions
  • Manufacturing defects in the case, dial, or hands
  • Crown and pushbutton defects
  • Clasp and bracelet manufacturing defects
  • Water resistance failure (under normal conditions)

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, aging of leather straps)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Battery replacement (for quartz movements)
  • Damage from exposure to extreme conditions beyond rated specifications
  • Theft or loss

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Locate your warranty card or order confirmation
  2. Contact us at [email protected] with your warranty code or serial number
  3. Our team will assess your claim within 48 hours
  4. If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for service

Service Time

Most warranty repairs are completed within 2-4 weeks. You will receive updates throughout the process and a notification when your watch is ready for return.
