5-Year International Warranty
All Delos & Pallas watches come with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Covered
- Movement defects and malfunctions
- Manufacturing defects in the case, dial, or hands
- Crown and pushbutton defects
- Clasp and bracelet manufacturing defects
- Water resistance failure (under normal conditions)
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, aging of leather straps)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Battery replacement (for quartz movements)
- Damage from exposure to extreme conditions beyond rated specifications
- Theft or loss
How to Claim Warranty

- Our team will assess your claim within 48 hours
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for service
